Skinny Jeans with an Extra Shot of Booty
My daughter and I stopped by our favorite coffeehouse the other day for a recharge… thank you dirty chai latte with a double shot of espresso for the pick me up… and as we were walking out she snapped a few pics of this outfit so I could share it with you.
So, first let me tell you about these Soho high waist ankle skinny jeans from Modern American… they fit amazingly well while giving your booty the perfect shape. I love any jeans that help my rear-end look fantastic and these do not disappoint. Don’t trust me though… get yourself a pair and see for yourself. While I went skinny with the bottoms, I went poofy on top with a puffed sleeve Gemma peplum top by Vero Moda. And for a little touch of glam I finished off the look with a pair of Mahalia strappy flat sandals in gold by Marc Fisher LTD.
Oh and by the way… apparently when your man says, “damn girl, how’d you get your booty into those jeans?”… it’s a good thing and should be taken as a compliment according to my husband. It’s either that or when he saw the look on my face in response to what he had said he made that excuse up right on the spot to stop me from kicking his butt. Loving compliment or snarky comment… to be determined.
