New month, new edit. I just spent the last half of October in California. I flew there to spend time with a dear friend and to SHOP one of the biggest Nordstrom stores in the country. The Nordstrom Fashion Valley store has everything and I touched and tried on a whole lot of it before deciding on a few favorites worthy of sharing with you. These are pieces a little more "my" style"... like an over-sized top, a feather-trim skirt paired with platform shoes, and a bold leopard print dress. Keep scrolling to see the three outfits I put together for this month's edit...

An oversized button up with stripes in the prettiest shade of blue, I'm here for it. These kick crop jeans have magic pockets that hold you in. The length is perfect for showing off your booties and flats. I layered a couple of my new favorite necklaces and I added a fisherman's cap to add a little bit more style and fun.
If you like the over-sized fit, stick to your typical size. I am wearing the small. It's roomy, but I could also wear the xsmall for a more fitted look. The jeans and shoes and belt and hat... all true to size.

Rosettes and feathers are big trends right now. Peplums are in and camouflage a tummy. These platform sandals gave me some height and are just plain fun. And surprise! Both pieces are under $100.
I'm wearing a small in the skirt and the blouse, TTS. The sandals are true to size as well.

I love a shirt dress and a good leopard print. A black knee boot with a little heel is a must have for your dresses. This print disguises any lumps and bumps. It has a drawstring waist to flatter and it just feels so good.
I'm wearing a small in the shirtdress, a 7 in the boots, TTS.
