I fell in love with this V-neck blouse while putting together the workwear look for my February Edit. It has elegant dramatic sleeves and works beautifully with the high-rise pants I paired it with. Style it for work with a low camisole if you want to be a little more conservative. It would also make for a lovely “night out” option.

Speaking of those high-rise pants, a pair of black trousers will always be in style and a quick “go-to” when you need to pull an outfit together in a hurry.

These pants are perfect for work, dinner, and well… almost anywhere! They're available in standard, tall, petite and plus with a full size range and three different colors. They have roomy pockets and as I've mentioned a high-rise, but not too high, along with a slight flare. There’s also plenty of stretch and support, all in a seasonless fabric.

For the casual look I put together for my February Edit I paired an oversized button-up with a mesh t-shirt, denim skirt, and knee high boots.

One of my easy go-tos is an oversized button up. I tell my clients it is a modern woman’s wardrobe must! It’s perfect for layering. It’s great for tying at the waist. It makes for a good swimsuit cover-up too. When I wear an oversized top I prefer to pair it with a slim bottom, and so it was the perfect match for my denim maxi skirt, which is fitted in the hips.

Another great find was the blurred floral mesh t-shirt I'm wearing under the button-up. You would assume it is see-through, but I tried it on with a nude bra and you really can’t see anything underneath. Wear it alone with your nude bra, put a camisole underneath or use it as an interesting layering piece like I did with my casual look.

Denim skirts as well as knee high boots will continue to be a trend into the spring, Denim skirts make for the perfect transitional piece that you can wear now with a sweater and boots and later with your tees and sandals. You can wear your knee high boots with skirts, dresses, and even shorts.

For my February Edit this bestselling dress was the perfect piece for the dressy look I put together.

Personally, I’m most comfortable in A-line and fit & flare styles. These two cuts work on most body types. This dress has the fitted bodice I love and a fun feminine skirt. The brown motif color looks great now and later, a great option when you want spring clothes but it’s still chilly.

It's lined and has pockets! A fore-warning: the dress is a bit low-cut and if that’s not your style, just add a stitch above the top button for modesty. Of course you could also add a low-cut cami or pretty bralette underneath as well. This dress goes on over the head so you don’t need to unbutton it anyway.

The puff sleeve is feminine, the gathered waist is flattering and the full skirt feels a touch fancy. One could wear this dress to a daytime wedding or a semi-casual wedding. It’s a perfect “shower guest” or brunch option too. Top it with a tailored or cropped blazer, denim jacket, leather or a cardigan that hits at the hip or above.

I paired the dress with knee boots and a slingback. You can continue to wear the dress with knee boots right up to the summer, especially a light-colored pair. On vacation, or when the weather changes, a sandal of almost any type will work as well. The shoe of the season... a slingback... is a great match too.

The dress is available in standard, petite and plus sizing. There are three color options. Sizes sell out, then are re-stocked, so if your size isn’t available, put it on your wish list and keep checking. I’m wearing a small, true to size.
