In a sea of dresses, I found this Karma long sleeve Gingham mini dress from Vero Moda with a hemline that hit perfectly above my knees (I’m 5’3”, by the way). I was tickled it was only $69! I'm wearing a small (4-6) and it is true to size. I would have a Nordstrom seamstress put a stitch or snap in that neckline to keep it closed, to make me feel a little more secure.

Wear it loose and breezy... unbutton it and wear it open. Or wear it as a swimsuit coverup. So many ways to wear this piece!

I found this lightweight quilted jacket by Nordstrom that was almost identical to the coveted Rag & Bone style recently in stores. This one was not quite as boxy and its wayyyy less. Roll up the sleeves to make it more relaxed. The color is soft and spring-y, light enough to take on the plane and pack away easily. If it gets cool at night, wear your denim, add the leopard belt. The pink loafer slips on and off easily at the airport, pretty enough you could also wear them with the shirt dress or gingham dress I shared above!
