I'm in my forties... albeit way closer to fifty than forty... and I'm trying to fight the good fight to keep my skin smooth and as wrinkle-free as possible.
I eat somewhat healthy, exercise daily, drink plenty of water, stay out of the sun for the most part and usually get a decent night's sleep. You know, all the things that are recommended to keep your skin looking young and vibrant. I also use Farmasi's Nutriplus Fountain of Youth bundle.
And while all of those things seem to have made a difference in the health of my skin, I'm always on the lookout for a little extra help wherever I can find it.
Now, I know I can't stop the ageing process (and I'm okay with that) but whenever I find something that helps slow it down a little I'm all about it.
That's why I wanted to share with you three products from Farmasi that I've been using that have definitely energized my skincare routine...
These three products, Dr. C. Tuna Resurface Retinol Reviving Serum, Dr. C. Tuna Resurface Advanced Eye Cream and Farmasi Lip Conditioner help to revive, hydrate and moisturize my skin.

What is the difference between hydrating vs. moisturizing?
Hydration is the name given to the process of water absorption. When it comes to your skin hydration refers to the absorption of water that moistens your skin cells.
Moisturizers on the other hand lubricate and lock the water in your skin cells. They do this by helping to build and strengthen the natural lipid barrier that protects against water loss and damage.
The amount of water in you skin makes all the difference. A high amount of water content in your skin cells makes them plump and reflect light better giving you a glowing look. A low water content causes your skin to be rough and dull looking with fine lines and more wrinkles.
