Pretty details on the most beautiful blue puff sleeve top. I’m wearing a small and the bustline was gaping a bit, telling me it’s not meant to be fitted necessarily. Had I sized down, the ribcage would be tight.
Wear something pretty under it and let loose. Sleeve too long? Have the elastic shortened at the wrist so it’s tighter. I’ve covered all the bases.
