If you’re looking for a date night outfit that’s stylish, comfortable and easy to wear, a blouse and jeans outfit is always a good choice for a casual date.
This blouse has the prettiest details. I gave it a little front tuck. I like the black with a light wash jean for contrast. This pair is a favorite style of mine – a wide leg crop.
It needed a belt and this is one of my most-worn pieces. The belt and sandals are a STEAL, by the way. I’d add some colorful accessories too.

Edgy Denim Jacket and Skirt
If you’re looking for a date night outfit that’s a little more edgy, try a denim jacket and skirt look. You’ll have an outfit that’s both cool and sexy.
This denim jacket actually ended up in my dreams this week. Cropped, black wash and easy to pair with EVERYTHING… but it’s the zipper that makes it so unique. Zip it up and wear it as a shirt or leave it open as a layer; it’s just cool.
The metallic-threaded skirt is a designer piece that’s part of a dressy collection but I like to mix it up! Wear a blouse, party in it over the holidays but PLEASE don’t forget to try it with a tee or simple button-up.

That BLUE! Not all slip dresses are created equally. Some share way too many of my insecurities, I’ll be honest. This one glided across my body and made me feel like a goddess. That flirty little kick of the hem sealed the deal.
You can always add a blazer, denim jacket or leather jacket if you want more upper body coverage but I think everyone will be complimenting you on that gorgeous blue and you’ll forget all about those “imperfect arms”.
